Sunset cruise on Fiji’s Tuva River to Likuri Island for a lovo buffet, bonfire singing, firewalking, and knife dancers.

“The evening was great and we had a nice time despite the torrential rain. The only reason I didn’t give a 5 star is because the meal was lovely however there was no dessert or fruit. The main meal was all and it was packed up rather quickly after everyone got one plate. Also the boat trip home is rather scary given there is only minimal lighting on the boats and they navigate using torch light. Surely lights can be fitted at minimal expense. I do recommend this trip. Just make sure you load your plate if you are a big eater.”

★★★★★★★★★★4.3 · 111 reviews · 3 hours · from $89

A 3-hour Fiji sunset dinner cruise on the Fini One catamaran with hotel pickup, a tropical buffet, and traditional Fijian entertainment.

“We were booked to sail on a Saturday evening. During the week the company asked us to change to Friday evening instead which we were able to do. Transport was on time and trip started well with welcome drink and safety demo. Downside was a group of 16 NZ/Indian people (Rotary Club) who took over the entertainment by producing a bluetooth speaker and microphone. The Fijian crew member who was serenading us with his guitar was drowned out and stopped playing. The 11 other passengers onboard complained to the Rotarian group and it got quite heated before they agreed to stop their karaoke session and allow the entertainment we'd paid…”

Half day cruise from Denarau to South Sea Island in Fiji for snorkeling, kayaking, and Nemo clownfish viewing, with island drinks.

“This cruise is way too short - you leave at 9 get to the island at 9.30 by the time you find shelter get settled it’s 9.45 and they start hassling you to pack up at 10.45 . It’s a bit misleading saying half day and very expensive for such a short time on the island . We loved the island but this trip is not the right choice for the money”

Fiji: Castaway Island Resort Day Cruise with Lunch - Denarau to the Catamaran: Transfers and Timing That Affect Your Day

15.Castaway Island Resort Day Cruise with Lunch

★★★★★★★★★★4.4 · 50 reviews · 1 day · from $156

Small-group catamaran cruise to Castaway Island Resort with 5 hours on the beach, pools, snorkeling, and a 2-course lunch for $156.

“Castaway Island is starting to look a little worn down, so no longer the luxury day trip it used to be. The lunch used to be a la carte for day guests, but is now buffet. Whilst a la carte would be preferable, the buffet was a good one, and the Mongolian style bbq worked well. However really disappointingly the Adult pool, whilst billed as such, was full of loud children and families. Nobody seemed to control this from the resort. Timely hotel pick ups, well organised ticketing and catamaran boarding. Comfortable, well air conditioned and friendly staff”
