“The whole experience was ok. Our guide was lovely and took great pics and videos. We expected to walk into an actual mud pool not put our hands into a bucket full of mud. The pool to wash the mud off in is more a pond than a pool. The first hot spring was nice but the second was so hot we couldn’t get it. We then waited longer to be picked up again than the whole experience took. It’s advertised at 2.5hrs but we were done in less than an hour and then waited for an hour and 10mins to be picked up by the driver who was dropping…”

“Underwhelming. Changing rooms and shower facilities were woeful. The road to access the mudpools is treacherous so, overall, we did not think the experience was worth the journey and hassle it took to get there. The guide made the experience much more enjoyable as he was very pleasant and knowledgeable about the hot springs etc. The pools were a nice temperature, albeit a bit dirty. We did not receive massages but saw the rooms they are provided in as we walked from one pool to another and they left a lot to be desired.”
